Cased EK II Who made it?

I bought this EKII about 11 years ago and there is a flat spot on the ring for the number but there is no number. The swastica is high and the detail is good. But is it real?

I'm sorry to say this is a fake case, and a well known one at that.

These are still available today and made today, note the catch on yours too...the 'apex' or broad stem and pointed head on the catch.

I know the case is fake Marcus, But who made it? I bought it many years before the forum(and of course before I knew any better) so I am trying to track down who the makers are so that eventually I can (working with the States Attorney General) bring some of these fakers to task for the terrible harm they are causing. I just need a lot of information before we can go forward. The question I have on is it real was for the EKII. It has features I like but some I don't and i don't have the breadth of knowledge you guys have.
