    Gold Cross, Original?

    Gold Cross, Original?

    Greetings,

Any chance this is original? I am told it was purchased by a firearms dealer in an auction lot. The seller doesn’t warranty it as original. The detail near the 1941 is difficult to see, but the back might be useful. There is some damage to the enamel.

    Thank you for your opinions,

    Chris

Not a chance. Look how thick the edging to the swaz is.

Sorry a well known fake cross .... the firm of Brehmer didn't produce the german cross.
            Best regards, Andreas

              Gold Cross, Original?

              Greetings,

This must be why you guys "get the big bucks". I am trying to see if the "roll" next to the 1941 is perpendicular or on-axis based on previous evaluations I reviewed. You just look at it and know.

I’ll tell the seller, who in this case, I believe would actually like to know.

              Thank you,

              Chris

Run and hide from this one IMO.

The Swaz is all wrong, wrong pin, and some seriously bad aging on the reverse. Mint front, 60+ year olf "Looking" reverse. That is just some humor, but all in all not one for my collection.

Everything about it is not for me, especially before I even looked at it the sellers unwillingness to offer at least a 7 day guarantee. What does he want for this "gem"
