    EK2 for review

If I had to, I'd bet on this being authentic
but there's something too nice about it, and the swastika is a real mountain! high above the beading...
    what do you think?
    regards

Well it appears to be a "100". The ribbon ring is attached to a piece above the 12 oclock arm (as you would expect) and it has the die flaw on the beading where the 12 and 3 oclock arms intersect.

          I's say she's a gooder

Just an unusual core I guess.

wow Darrell, you're right! good eye! '100' it is.
with (as you mentioned) a very nice/unusual core. the swas in real life is very prominent, I think this is quickly becoming my favorite EK2!
any other '100's' out there with the same core?

could YOU find an unmarked W&L in a pile of others while blinded by the 0.1 millimeter height of the differing swastikas, and holding a 7month crying baby, and still taking a clear pic?

yes, I should have known better, I have 2 other 'marked' 100's!
here's a little comparison, all seem to have slightly differing swastika heights. From the thinnest to the biggest is a huge difference. No doubt different stamp force, but interesting.
                  enjoy the pics regardless!:
