The KVK1 is not one I have in my files, but the viens on the wreath look scary, also the pin attachment is one I am not familiar with...
the L/53 EK1 seems to be an authentic cross, obviously missing it's screw plate. The actual screw post is one I am not familiar with, but 'could' be OK. The cross does not resemble an L/53 fake I am aware of...

The EK is okay. Good "L/54s" have very a very distinct "3" in "1939", and your example has it too.

too many beers last night, I was thinking L/54 but writing L/53!
can you get closer pics of the KVK1? esp. pin, mm, front etc.
