    deschler DKiG date

There was a recent thread of a 14 rivet deschler examined and questions were raised and examined regarding the wreath with specific attention to the date. Here are a few pics of the deschler date for a DKiG on three different DKiGs shown side by side for comparison.

There are some key consistent areas here on the "9" and the "4".

            Hi Tom,

the 3 DKiG are all 4 rivets ?

            All 3 are identical.

Thanks Ivan! These all seem to show the consistent shape of the "9" and the "4" that I have pictured as well. These characteristics were not manifest on the 14 rivet piece that was examined in an earlier thread.

                      here is a 6 rivets.

It looks a bit different the "1" and "4" top and "9", but maybe is only an effect photo,

It may be a photo effect of the "4" not truncated in that image. The other photos, in the absence of the close-ups, show the differeces in the "4" and the "9". Could you show some additional images of your six rivet Deschler, Ivan? These are relatively rare pieces and are not often pictured. Is the wreath on the six rivet a litttle thinner than the four rivet in depth perpspective? Mine is definately a thinner wreath. Thanks

Sorry, they are not mines and no 6 rivets in the hands in this moment......
