A little known fact regarding RK Formal citations is that all RKs awarded to allies of the German Armed Forces received the appropriate document however, the 'Mappe' was of the higher grade of the RK. I have heard of two and have personnally inspected one to a Romanian RK winner presented in the Oak Leaves Mappe.
Can anyone else confirm this?
