IMO these are copies. Construction and material don't look period and worsed of all is that the proportions are completely wrong.

Just an opinion but they look poorly made to me. While the second one's nicer, I think any embroiderer of the time would have use multiple wire types for detail and contrast.

That said, I would love to see more that were better made.
