WWII - Iron Cross 2nd Class: Fake Lot?

It would be really appreciated if you, friends at the forum, could express your opinion about this medal.

Do you spot any fake signs? Could it be part of a new fake lot feeding the militaria market?

It is being offered by a relatively respected dealer in South America.

The blue spot on the front symbol is for legal purposes, since the symbol is forbidden by many South American countries.

IMO, the cross and the ribbon are original war-period. The cross looks like an S&L-style cross. I see nothing wrong with this cross and ribbon.

I am very happy with my acquisition. My grandpa was a German descendant and this medal means a lot to me and my brother.
