    Opinions on 2 EK1s

    Hi all,
Please, can you tell me what you think about the below EK1s? I may consider adding an EK1 to my modest collection. The 1st is a '100' EK1 which may be repainted (not sure ?!?!) and the 2nd is a magnetic 45x45mm with no mark.

Both are affordable, but the second is 25 euros more expensive.

    Thank you in advance!

    Regards,
    Mario

I wouldn't buy either either of them.
The first is a fake. The other is a frankenstein of original parts, It has a W&L frame, a later Klein & Quenzer core and the reverse hardware reminds me of a Souval or W&L.

I agree, but the other way around.
      First is a frankenstein
      second is a fake

Agree with Ben...plus the "Frankenstein" core looks as though it's been re-painted about 6 times

Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.
