Dug out of the ground RK with ID problem

Do you can help me. I have a problem with this grounddug RK. I see it like a cross with a Juncker frame "800 DOT" and S&L core. Is that possible?

Probably I'm wrong but the KC have not the Juncker Frame and known core.

Frame is Juncker 800dot, core is a copy. Discussed on Facebook, Seller know this, but don't accept it.
