                  good point. Off the top of my head I think I've only seen the cross which mimics the lightweight Zimmerman with a catch plate. Don't think I've ever seen a heavy Klein.

                      I agree with that. Only a light version and often found in pristine condition.

                        In the "international militaria collector " magazine volume 6 number 2 March 2016 a German cross in silver made by otto Klein and marked 134 is shown. Original and a very rare piece. This magazine is a must have to keep updated and in the know on militaria items like this and others.
