Thanks to all for yor comments.
I will probably purchase it since it is reasonnably priced.
To stop this corrossion around the rivet, I will inject put some kind of weapons oil.

I finally received the cross and I am very happy of it.
It is my first DKiG.
Please find below some close pictures of the bubble around the rivet.
It really does not look like someone touched the rivets.

It is either corrosion or issue during production.
