I am not an expert at all, according to my documentation the code L/13 refers to Paul Meybauer.
It could be helpful to have some detailled pictures of the area below :

• the L/13 marking
• the numerals
• the intersection point of the beading on the lower and leftt 6 o'clock arm

Een textbook example zouden wij een schoolvoorbeeld noemen.
Een perfect voorbeeld zeg maar.
Dus OK!

Ik weet nog dat ik in het begin dat ik vertwijfeld vroeg over welk boek ze het in hemelsnaam hadden...
Niemand heeft me sindsdien ooit nog serieus genomen hier...
