Hi guys. I have $20 riding on a bet with a friend that this mark and badge are bad. It's on a Spanish Cross in Silver with swords. Will I be making a $20 deposit or withdrawl?

Imo that is not an original CEJ marking - too perfect. Original letters are not aligned like that.
