It looks like a match to the one on page 182 in Gordon's book. He suggests that it maybe attributed to Deumer due to the Die Characteristics

well, i made a last second decision that as i had seen no examples like this before, i wouldn't bid on it... it went for $70 on ebay, jusy before you guys replied here. Damn my cautiousness!
