Spanish Made EK2 and KVK

I just want to go sure , that this are known Spanish productions?
I know the facts about the problem of the producing time :-)

And I know the ribbon on the KVK is the wrong one

You are right. Both spanish production.
The The KVK is one of the first model with no granulated back.

I wonder why, when the Spanish made some beautiful medals, that these were made in a more rudimentary way? Still a nice pick up though. The KvK is particularly interesting. Is that the Spanish version of the KvK ribbon?

Hello Tony, the kvk is with wrong ribbon (Russia Winter medal). I add a photo of the two versión ribbon made for this cross. right with paralell threads for early models and left for last model (70´)

These awards was made like replacement ones for blue división veterans. Infantry assault badge and Winter medal exist on spanish versión too.


Abnout rudimentary finish, after the civil war in Spain there was a lot of poverty and few resources.
