Requesting Help in Identifying 2 EK II

Hello Colleagues,
I have these two EK II that are unknown to me.
Can you assist in identifying the makers?
The ring on the cross with tag #2 appears to be not original to the cross.
The ring on the cross with tag #4 has marks showing in the photos, but, they are merely that - small scratches/dents.
