EK1 - strange paint in core

Hello Guys,

I received it from a guy that to want to sell it.

I don't like of this item. Some aspects attract attention with the piece in my hands.

The core paint is thick and wavy. I believe it has been repainted.
And the risks on the reverse are due to poor cleaning.

This part is original and complete, but did a bad cleaning and repair done?

Probably, maybe surely, repainted and heavy scratched rear.

Is a common Rudolf Souval EKI, less common the frame of EKII used.
