1936 silver Olympic table medal case

Hi guys I have this image stamped in the inside of my silver 1936 Olympic table medal I’ve never seen anything like this before on all my other cases is this from the ww2 era any info would be gratefully appreciated

Can’t comment on the medal obviously, but the case causes me suspicion. First, I’ve never seen a stamp on an inside lid. Secondly, looking at your last posted photo, the white square around the blue, is incredibly white.

For something that’s near 90 year so old, that color shows now age whatsoever.

Just my two cents, but if presented with an opportunity to buy such a case, I would pass.
