Look like an original Westwall / Schutzwall medal....but the box has nothing to do with is. Just used to keep it safe. I think not even of the same period.

Never seen a box like this in my life. There are Westwall cases around which look plausible but are purely fantasy items so cannot even be described as fakes. These medals were only issued in a small brown envelope with the designation stamped on the outside.

There are examples of West Wall medals in LDO box's, but as said above this box has nothing to do with the medal as far as I know.
