    Unknown Case ID Please............

    Anyone recognize this case ? It came with this Austrian medal In It which I don't think Is correct , doesn't fit properly . Thanks guys .

              It kind of a reddish brown with gold trim and black bottom . Interior Is dark blue .

                I must admit I haven't a clue on this one!

                I don't think it's for a Civil/military TR period award, looks more like a pre WW1 type of case.

                  Craig, the cross shown on Your picture is NOT Austrian. The case itself is for some kind of "Plakette" and -as others wrote - pre WWII.
