KvK2 packet - maker identification??

Coming to the Forum as I know someone here will have an answer ...

Trouble reading the script - looks to me like "Burg & Leonard, Hanau" - but none of my reference manuals have this as a period manufacturer.

Greatly appreciate any help!!
