LDO Paper Packet, Help!

Hey guys,

I have a few questions, and need help answering them.
I have this LDO paper packet without any markings on it.

What would most likely go with it? I'm thinking a Black wound badge.

Because it is unmarked, does this mean the item it belongs to should be unmarked? Like an unmarked black wound badge.

I see emedals have sold around four of these unmarked LDO packets all with unmarked black wounds badges.

Oh yeah, I forgot about them.
So thats two different awards that could go with this packet, or you think all the black wound badges put with this packet is not correct?
