I wanted to get your opinion on this packet, good or bad? The packet just had the tissue paper in it. Thanks in advance.

Hi skiffer,

The packet is fake.

These have been on the market for decades and have often be found with a fake spange. If you use the search function you will find more examples with and without the spange.
