What's under the white satin lining?

Is it cotton wool or foam?

these pictures get and a very little strange to me ( very white all ) but the inner part possible good

Imo repro. The insert could be ok though

The more I look at it, the more I do not like it.

In particular the white satin lining and backing. Not happy with the hinge too.

Somehow the inlay and the box don't match, juding color and wear.
I would go for just the inlay, I think...
