    wartime EK1 case ?

    Hi fellas , can someone out there verify if the case on the left is in fact a EK 1 case . By comparison the case on the right is a wartime made case . However the case in question has a different front latch and overall is slightly smaller . If it is a wartime manufactured case is it from the early or late period . Or could it be for either an entirely different decoration or a 57 EK Thanks in advance to any replies

      Hi Victor,

      The case on the left looks like it contained a wound badge, probably gold class.

      The square catch I think dates it to late war.
