Does anybody know how many Knight´s Cross (of the Iron Cross) case producers there were? Any known companies?

My own guess is that there must have been a small number, 2-3 company's that manufactured cases for the RK.
I have seen numbers impressed (like the EK1 case) on the underside of the insert to the RK case.
