Black Wound badge Packet

Opinions on this packet and tissue wrapper would be greatly appreciated and Welcome. It measures 2.5 inches by 2.250 inches.

The set came with black wound badges ?
I can't recall having seen those packets before but it looks ok to me.
On one of the paper bag I can hardly read "Verw-Abz schwarz" (for BWB)

Was it ww1 or ww2 badge in that packet

Empty

It was empty when I acquired it. It was given to me for free so I am not out any cash and it is a nice handy little envelope, just want to be sure it would be for a 1939 version and also it does not glow under UV envelope or tissue paper?

Seen a few ww1 wound in similar packets.

Stiff paper, right? Most likely ww1. Have seen these mainly for bravery medals and similar.

Thank you all for your inputs. I really appreciate the help. I guess I will team it up with a WW1 Black wound and they will be a nice set together. After 100 years they deserve the company.
