In addition, I don't know the period....WWI or current. It looks pretty cirrent...doesn't have a lot of age...but I could be wrong. I can't make out the label w/writing but I make out "Grun" , Weiss, and "Schwarz" for green , white & black...but that's all. Thank you, -

Hi Folks...I should have posted the sizes...but I didn't...here they are:
The diameter is 6 cm for the coin/medal and the size of the box is 9 1/2 cm X 9 1/2 cm. I hope this helps.Comment
