2 KvK cases

Hey Guys,

I have some questions regarding these two cases?

1) which of the two are more desirable? (Rarity)
2) Are these cases manufacturer specific, or have they been found used by various manufacturers?

3) I have a maker 43 KvK 1st cl with swords Buntmetal. Which case would be more appropriate?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The one on the R has a convex lid whereas the one on the L is flat.

the right one is earlier and more sought after. But it's in worse condition so I think it should play little difference.

The 43 would fit fine in the right one.

Hi Dion,The gentleman is correct regarding the marked cross fitting into the earler case.
Just my 2 cents but of the two id pick the later war varient as its cleaner,i also prefer the lining and gotta love the square push button!

THanks guys, much appreciated. I think I`m gonna keep both and add a later war KvK 1st cl to the case. I just like both! I`m now looking for a case for a 1st cl without swords!
