For sure Orth used LDO packets and boxes stamped L/14 wherever needed. I already said that IMO the packet itself is original except designation.
And of course I did not say that self made designation marks are unusual. Many company used them--Souval, Glaser, ST&L, Wernstein to name a few. But all of them are personal to the company, and not of the same type for 4 differently located makers as we see here.

Well, once it was my opinion too. But what about designed packets with price tags? Moreover, what about designed packets with retailers stamps?
