EK 2 Packet...Opinions Please

Hello all,

I posted this in the 'Crosses' Forum but I thought I should post the packet here alone as well.

This is a consignment piece for my shop and I just don't know enough about these. I do not want to sell anything that is suspect or that I can not verify myself.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Chrys, have a look at this thread.

You have a good packet for the EK11 although missing the flap, which is noy unusual on this type of packet.

This is the most common original EK2 packet, at least over here. The flap had the maker's name on it and they removed them to conceal that before selling the crosses after the war. Guess they were ashamed of having made Iron Crosses...
