Fake Carl Wild IAB packet

Did you get cello wrap and packet with the CW IAB? Or did you purchase separately at a later date?

Got this together and examined at home and returnd it. I think the IAB is genuine but I am no expert on those

The IAB looks original IMO.

May I ask you why do you think the packet is a fake, I have compared it with two that I have on my files and I can not see any difference.

I had it in hand, paper is wrong and made old. I will post a picture to proof that the printing is also incorrect. I used to own a real one and belive me the one I posted is a fake.

I think, I may own your old one, Rene? I can't recall where I got it from now. However, if you need any pictures of it for a comparison, let me know and I'll e mail them to you.

I do recall and you may also recall me mentioning this too, that one year in Stuttgart there was a dealer with examples of the CW IAB fake packets amongst other bloody good damn fake packets also. And it really is only on having them to hand for inspection sometimes, that you can positively discern good from bad.

Here are some pics from good CW packet, just look to the dubble dash behind Infanterie and Verwundeten.
You can see how sloppy the printing is, the Paper quality is something you find out when holding it in your hand, I was also fooled by the sellers pics.
