kvk medal with package

I was offered this kvk medal with package.The medals seems fine but i was wondering about the package.What do you guys think?

I don't like the font for the designation. the "1939" date looks odd to me and the ink looks too dark like it was freshly done. I can't say for sure good or bad, but I don't like it and would probably pass if it were up to me.
Just my 2 cents though.
