yes they are the same, no title just the mm on the back. sometimes you can find them with a red ink stamped title.

Did see that award, just curious as have an empty blank packet at home been wondering what to put in it. Any known makers or is any of this style of packet ok.

I am sure there must be a list of known makers, what maker is there on your packet?

Not 100% sure of the maker as medals are else where at the moment. But have a feeling it is Katz and Deyhle.
