    Opinions to Ostmedaille Packet

    Hello,

    before I buy, I would like your expert opinion.....

    Well, overall it looks it okay! I can't see the folds on the reverse - perhaps due to the picture quality - the unsymmetrical cut of the flap is as often found on these very sorts.

    Better pictures would reveal more, but as I say overall I have no concerns.

      Hi Erich and Marcus,

      I don't like the packet. I looked at this thread before, but was also waiting for someone else to comment. I was hoping Marcus could give a clear explanation why this packet is not good.

      Well here my opinion:

      I don't like the colour of the ink neither do i like the colour of the packet, it looks grey and saw this before on fake packets. The MM can also be encountered on fake packets. I just found something in the MM that could be the give away for fake packets with this maker. Will look into it and when i can confirm this come back to the both of you.

        I have no problem with this packet.

        @ Marcus, I think you are getting old if you look closer you can see the folds, must be the old eyes

          I know what you mean about the colouration, and I put that down to the overall picture quality personally, all things considered.

          The MM looks just fine to me, mate. But I'm looking forward to reading your thoughts. Plus you have better eyes than old Marcus.
