        Hi Frank,

Packet looks good to me Maybe the cross and packet are married, or this is one of those sets, where MM on cross and MM on packet never match. Poellath is #84, which MM is on the cross?

eh......if you say not match, you do mean MM's or did the packet come with a EKII

        Kind regards, Thomas

Ok, than why do you say they don't match?

            Ohne schwerter = w/o swords

I thought that the medal should have the maker mark 84 on the ring but there doesn't seem to be one

                Hi Frank,

If the medal would have a MM, you are correct, this should be #84, but you will see that most medal lack a MM.
So with your set it could be that they weren't always together, but maybe they where.
Sometimes the cross would have certain characters, which will identify the maker. I would not really worry about the lack of MM with this set, If both are original, that should do it.

                Cheers, Thomas
