Ldo Wb Case

Hi Gents,
Sometime ago I picked a cased SWB by Carl Wild '107' and although I'm more than happy that the badge is genuine, I've no real knowlage of cases.
So I would appreciate it if you guys would give me your opinion on the case.

In my opinion this case is a fake, the outer covering is very good but the construction: dimensions (as viewed) materials and LDO logo do not conform to any period version but do cater for a fake case I'm aware of.

Dan,
I have an identical case that I got with a GWB, the only difference being maroon/red material. Both the badge and the case were Black balled when discussed . The GWB was a 65 and I'm still not completely convinced that it's a fake , but the case was ranked as a fake with the same comments that Marcus has made on yours, untypical of period construction and more importantly (IMHO), incorrect LDO logo.
