    1957 EK 1 case...

    There once was a moment when I thought: will an EK 1 case made after 1945 be hard to tell from an pre-1945?

    I think I will be able to see the difference, blind folded...

              This is a later '57 EK1, and yes, these later cases are very easy to distunguish from wartime ones. However, check out some early '57 EK1 cases and is will not be so easy to tell the difference. In fact, some of the early '57 ones are in fact wartime cases...Tom
