Does anyone have any examples to show of printed paper inserts/lapels for LDO boxed awards ?? And what does it say on them ??

See the text in the framework on the back of the package.
That's the same text as was on a seperate lapel in an LDO box.

If you mean label inserts, here's one that is in a BWB LDO box I have.
