    Paul Meybauer Woundbadge package

It are the exceptions which make collecting fun (or hell?)!

I always tell the same hollow phrases: papercut should be sharp, folds on the back to the right, designation nicely centered...
    And so on.

But Mister Meybauer loves to make a fool out of me.
Designation outcentered, papercut oblique, double folds / seams at the back.
    Still: I like it.

Came with a non-matching silver woundbadge in zinc.

    Enjoy!

        Hi Martin,

I also like the packet and don't see anything I don't like. The things you wrote above aren't totally correct.

There are original packets that have a left hand seam.

The designation isn't always nicely centered and it isn't something that frighten me off when it's not centered....when it is only that.

I don't really know what you mean with "papercut should be sharp", although I can imagine something.

Yes! Packets can sometimes be heaven and sometimes be hell. I also see packets sometimes and don't really know if they are good or bad! And even when I have a opinion it isn't always easy to explain why I think it's good or bad.

        Cheers, Thomas

Yes this is a good one, they used the very same packet for their Eastern Front medal at a time, as did Juncker too !

I meant: papercut should be straight.
The paper from this package has been cut off crooked.

Glad you all liked the package, although I didn't have a bad feeling about it.

On the other hand: it shouldn't be my first time I showed something off proudly and within minutes I had several comments telling me I was screwed.

              Best regards,
              Martin
