The EK1 carton what manufacturer ?

Impossible to say.
All the cartons I have, as far as I can remember, have the manufactuers name printed on the side of the carton.
The carton yoy have posted doesn't appear to have ant printed makers name on it.
Have you asked the dealer if the EK1 inside the case is marked?

Not all cartons have the award makers name on the side, some earlier sorts don't and by the merit the same can be said of the thought later examples (not late war mean't by that)
The thing is some designations on cartons are generic some appear to date to be attributed to sole makers and so on. Award makers also would have several designation type associated with them perhaps over the period of the war.......so pinning makers to unmarked cartons would perhaps never be a complete list.

I also have an unmarked Souval with an unmarked papper box.
