Outer carton IAB original ??

Hi guys i was wondering as a friend of my bought this outer carton from ebay Germany and he wanted some opinions on it!! To me it looks original but I like some other opinions also as I believe this type is rare as they normally came without description.

I'm afraid this is a very common fake. The designation on the lid is what I call the 'scrawl text', hence the packets of insundry of awards that are fake and use this exact text are the scrawl fakes.

This very fake you show, they do a silver version and then GAB and PAB too.

The exact desigantion printed on this thick modern cardboard case is the same as they use on the packets.

I've held a few of these now and the best fake they do is a wound badge box in this series - dangerous !
