    KM Cap Tally Wrapper Good?

    I have a new condition cap ribbon in what I believe is a good wrapper. It is matte on the outside, and shiney on the inside.

          Hi Charlie,

          Looks good to me, I have several exactly the same. In practise you will find that the wrapper differs in length depending on the length of the name.

            It is fine. These wrappers were not standard, so do not look for that. The tally is fine, unissued, and the paper wrap is probably fine also.
