Tank Destruction Packet (Right Forum this time)

Hello everyone,

I have a TDB packet here, of which I accidently posted in the wrong forum (long week ), so without further adieu, I bring you what I tried to do earlier:

Here I have a Tank Desruction Packet which I'd like your help authenticating. I'm not a packet guy, but what I can tell you all is that the dimensions are 2 1/4" X 4 1/8", The side fold on the back is about 7/16", and the bottom fold on the back is about 1/4".

This exact type is deemed as a reproduction, I'm on the fence to certain examples as there appear to be slight variations in two types of CW TDB packets, one does have a maker mark like original other award packets.

This packet you show though has the 'dubious' maker mark and that of the deemed/thought/purported fake.
