    generic packet - with markings

    Dear fellow collectors,

sorry for ignorance, but packets aren't my strongest point. I've got these two generic packets and I'm wondering what awards would go in there - wound badge, drivers badge, anything with ribbon?

Also, what these marks mean - are they from makers (probably?) or awards? The marks are O.Oe (or 0.0e) and W.D.

Thanks in advance for your opinions!

I saw these before, don't know where exactly. If I remember correctly these are WW1 packages, from which the meaning of the letters on the front still unclear is.

      Hi Valter,

As Giel says, I to fele these are Imperial era packets, I've the very same W.D marked one.

I don't know what the letters stand for as of yet.

I sold the 'WD' one to Marcus and I didn't know what it stood for and nor did the guy who sold it to me.

            Gentlemen,

thank you all for your replies. Obviously I have a strange packet- you all agree it's original, but nobody surely knows for what I hope we'll all realize that someday.

What do you think about O.Oe packet? The same story?

            Regards, Valter
