    KVK packet question...

I received this KVK II packet today.I have no doubt that it's genuine. However, the maker "Philipp Turks" mm is 102 but on the packet it's 107...Any ideas??

    Thanks

        Hi Paul,

107 is not the MM but I think it's some sort of area/district in Wien. I believe some even changed during the war.

        Maker 11 = Wien 101 or 15
        Maker 30 = Wien 40
        Maker 31 = Wien 62

If you have the 'The Iron Time' look in the PKZ list in the back. Most makers from Wien have a number like the one on your packet.

        Greetings, Thomas

            Hi Paul,

I agree with my good friend Thomas, your packet is genuine without a doubt and the '107' is rather like out postal code/area code (American zip code).

            Nice packet
