Box German Cross in Gold

Hi gents,

I recently got this box for a German Cross in Gold. When looking at the lower right corner of the inlet, some of the cardboard marking is visibile. Looks like the letter "R" or "B".

Could you please let me know your oppinions? All comments are highly appreciated.
