Green LDO Case - Wound Badge? Legit?

Hello All,

Curious for opinions on this case. Looks like it might have housed a wound badge. I don't see a KB # offhand (not sure if they were used on LDO cases). I believe the maker stamp is either L/13 or L/11. I don't have the dimensions immediately available.
