Black insert EK1 case

Hello all, Sorry I'm new to posting questions

I have seen this style case on here, but is it a 39 or 57?
There are no numbers or letters on the bottom of the insert.

And what manufacturer used this style?

Nice and textbook wartime case.
I have seen many fritz zimmermann but also deumer crosses in this type of case.
